Fresh herbs, cold-pressed oils, and other select ingredients, valued for their freshness and flavor, come together here to create dishes that transport us directly to nearby Italy. Burratina Artigianale, Carpaccio di Gamberi, Sovraccoscia di Pollo al mattone, Ossobuco di Vitello, freshly caught seafood and fish, as well as classic pasta dishes and select pizzas, celebrate the “Cucina Italiana.” Of course, the menu also includes options for vegetarians and vegans.
