The Cheese Factory offers fondue and raclette in classic form and with a regional focus – selected cheeses (also vegan), mountain potatoes from the Albula Valley, pickled vegetables and herbs from the side valleys and alpine pastures combine regionality with tradition and merge into a refined overall experience.
Or would you prefer meat? For the delicious fondue chinoise, we have seasoned exclusive homemade sauces – for an enjoyable evening.
